What Love Looks Like

I won!

I was just browsing through one of my favorite design blogs, Mochatini, and I found out that I won their Birthday Giveaway! W00t! The giveaway was sponsored by the fabulous etsy shop Pink Lily Press. What compelled me to enter in the first place was the beautiful designs they offer. It’s just my style- nature-inspired, colorful, and great choice in font usage. They sell personal stationary, greeting cards, wedding invitations, and other paper goods. I know I’m starting to sound like a sales rep, but they seriously carry neat stuff. Check it out!

The set that I won! Can't wait to see my new name printed on these babies.

My second favorite of their collection. What a graceful way to say "thank you" to someone.

I love this calendar, especially the month of March ;)

I love this calendar. Some of their designs remind me of the artwork at Chez Panisse.

Let me now go buy a couple of lotto tickets and see if that’ll work out for me as well.

Support local independent businesses!

The 3/50 Project

I didn’t know that buying from local independent stores would help stimulate our economy better than if we buy from large chains. I’m all for supporting local communities so this might be something that I’m willing to try. Here is the website  for this project.

A new beginning
